How Leadfeeder charges

You pay for the number of companies identified on your website each month. A company counts once a month however often it visits, though each office location may count separately. Users are unlimited on every plan, and so are the websites you track.

Leadfeeder doesn't count, or show, visits it can't tie to a company: people on home internet, mobile networks or public wifi. It says that because every customer is different, "there is no way to honestly give a percentage of visitors identified".

If you reach your plan's limit, more companies "will not appear in your feed until the next billing period", unless you upgrade.

Lite: free

Lite shows the last 100 companies a month and keeps 7 days of visit history, with 20 credits a month. It has no CRM connection, alerts or full company profiles. New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the paid features, with no card needed, and drop to Lite afterwards if you don't buy.

Discover: the plan most small teams need

Discover adds full company profiles, unlimited history, alerts, and two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Activate and Scale: credits for contacts and ads

The higher plans are priced by companies and by credits. Credits pay for things beyond seeing which companies visited: an email address costs 0.2 credits, an email address and phone number 1 credit, and pushing a company to your CRM 1 credit. Identifying visiting companies never uses credits.

  • Activate adds contact filters, verified emails and phone numbers, B2B display ads and CRM automations. It starts at €369 a month billed yearly (€527 monthly) for 1,000 companies and 200 credits, and goes up to €729 yearly (€1,041 monthly) for 4,000 companies and 1,500 credits.
  • Scale adds automatic CRM enrichment and a dedicated account manager. It's billed yearly only, from €599 a month for 2,000 companies and 1,000 credits, to €2,089 a month for 10,000 companies and 5,500 credits.
  • Enterprise is priced on request.

How many credits Discover includes isn't clear: the help centre says 50, while the pricing page only says "tiered". Extra credits come in blocks of 100 to 5,000 and last two years, but their price isn't published. Credits included in a plan expire at the end of each term.

Yearly or monthly?

Yearly billing is 30% cheaper but paid 12 months upfront. On the smallest Discover plan, that's €948 at once against €113 a month. Monthly costs less in total if you stop within about 8 months; after that, yearly wins.

If you're not sure Leadfeeder will find enough of your visitors, the free trial and then a month or two on monthly billing is the cheaper way to find out.

The contract terms to read first

From Leadfeeder's terms and conditions, last updated in February 2026:

  • Automatic renewal. A plan renews for the same length as the last term. For a yearly plan, Leadfeeder must receive your cancellation at least 30 days before the last day of the term. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.
  • Price rises are capped at 5% a year, with notice.
  • Using more than your plan can lead to extra charges, and Leadfeeder may move you to a bigger plan at renewal.
  • Payment: monthly plans by card only; yearly plans by card or invoice, due within 14 days.
  • Refunds aren't mentioned in the terms or the help pages we read.

Put the renewal date, minus 30 days, in your calendar the day you sign.

What it costs per company

A useful way to judge any tier is the price of each company it shows you. On Discover, billed yearly, with the tier fully used:

Tier Per company identified
Up to 50 €1.58
Up to 200 €0.70
Up to 1,000 €0.31

Those are the best cases. If your site only identifies 20 companies a month on the smallest plan, each costs €3.95, and only some of them will be prospects. The number that matters is what you pay for each company you'd actually call.

What others say customers pay: Vendr, which negotiates software deals, reports a median of $8,628 a year for Dealfront, from its own buyers' data. That's for larger accounts than a small team needs, and its plan names are out of date.

Is Leadfeeder worth it for a small business?

It's worth it when your buyers are companies with their own office networks, your site gets enough of their visits to fill a tier, and someone follows up the list every week. Install Lite for two weeks first, and count how many of the names are real prospects.

It's a harder fit when your buyers are small businesses or people, who mostly browse on mobile data or home internet that Leadfeeder can't name. We look at that, with the alternatives and their prices, in Leadfeeder alternatives for small businesses.

Signal takes the other route: instead of guessing the company from the network, it reads what a visitor does on your site, asks one short question when the answer would change what to offer, and offers the ready ones a call, a call back or WhatsApp. It works whether they're on office wifi or a phone, from €39 a month, billed monthly or yearly.
