About Signal

Signal is made by We Do Dev Work, a software team of 14 in Bangkok. It started as the tool we wanted for our own website: talk to the visitors who are ready, and leave the others alone.

Why we built it

Most people who visit a small business's website leave without a word. Contact forms ask for too much too early, and chat windows wait for someone to type. Signal reads what a visitor does, asks one short question when it isn't sure, and offers the next step that fits: a call, a booking, a guide.

We run Signal on our own website, wedodevwork.com, and build it from what we see there.

Who's behind it

Vincent Trienpont founded We Do Dev Work and leads Signal. The same team builds and runs it.
